This was my second month as a Rebecca Page brand ambassador, and I am loving it despite my tendency to procrastinate horribly! I got them done with a day to spare.
This month’s sew was the Brooklyn Joggers in children’s 12-18 months. Y’all, these are so cute. They’re a slouchy lounge pant with a tight cuff. While it is too warm here in Georgia to wear them outside during the day, they’ll be good for lounging around the house or in the evening when we go for walks.
The pattern was super easy to follow, and sews up quick! I loved that I could use my serger for 90% of the pattern. This made it easy to sew up, and there were no hems to sew! The only issue I ran into was that I’m still learning the settings on my serger, so I had it set too tight and broke a needle trying to go through the layers of fabric.
These joggers are a little loose on E, which is great because they should fit her into the fall.
I really enjoyed making these pants, and will try the adult version next!
